Due to growth my client require an experienced Account Director who has an excellent understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning and activation, and a proven track record of excellent stakeholder management is essential, as is a broad knowledge of all channels and media.
In addition to working at my clients brand new, state of the art offices in Sheffield, you will be spending time at their client offices in central London.
All Account Directors become an integrated part of a client’s team; managing expectations, developing relationships and creating future account work, so it’s important that you are genuinely a people person, agile and responsive to client’s needs with outstanding networking and presentation skills. You’ll be dealing at the highest levels both in the agency and with the clients so confidence operating at this level is a must.
This is an incredibly rewarding and challenging role. A determination to succeed and drive to deliver exceptional service, every time, on time, is critical. You’ll be the key contact for our client, the agency conduit and expected to lead by example, working with key stakeholders and a talented team to deliver across the agency and the broader business. As part of a large team and with a number of direct reports, you will be expected to motivate, nurture and develop their skills and experience to meet the growing needs of our clients and business.

Experience, qualifications and skills:
Minimum of three years in an equivalent account management role within a similar sized and quality organisation Minimum of five years industry experience or an equivalent marketing position within a business sector Strong team leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to people at all levels Strategic thinker and able to interpret data and insight effectively Core account management and strategic communication skills Broad knowledge of brand strategy and communications across all channels and media Commercially astute with high level business and commercial awareness
