A successful multi discipline consultancy requires a Business Development executive to join their team in London. The company is rapidly expanding, with an excellent career path available to director level for those who wish to climb the ladder.
You will be tasked with developing vacancies from a commercial, industrial, hospitality and catering clients, leads provided and via avenues you source yourself. The position is an enjoyable mix of face to face meetings with companies UK wide, with your goal to bring in exclusive vacancies within the sales field from a varied client pool. You should be capable of developing your own appointments so good telephone manner is important, as is the ability to negotiate and influence in a face to face capacity.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a track record of success either in recruitment sales who prefers the client interaction rather than candidate focused work. You should be proactive, possess a positive attitude to sales and targets and wish to join a company with a well-established client base that you can develop your own relationships with.
