The role of Internal Sales Executive is to work as part of a team with a Business Development Manager to ensure that all Area targets are met, follow-up multi-disciplined quotes and negotiate pricing where necessary in strict accordance with the companies pricing guidelines, ensure service delivery objectives are met and exceeded.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• To liaise with CMD Business Development Managers, Area Managers to verify size of the work and to ensure the right price is quoted.
• Work closely with Business Development Managers to identify additional opportunities within their sales area.
• To provide Business Development Managers with good quality appointments.
• Provide appointments for Business Development Manager within criteria agreed.
• To organise when required client visits for CMD Business Development Managers
• To ensure the accurate capture of market intelligence (competitor information) when discussing with customers in particular when an existing contract is lapsed or a quote is lost
• To identify sales opportunities when in communication with customers or prospects
• To make a positive input to the team’s effectiveness, suggesting ways in which work systems and processes can be improved.
• Work flexibly within the team and assist colleagues wherever pressure is greatest so that overall team performance is enhanced.
• Provide appropriate and relevant information to assist achievement of business objectives.
• Undertake activities within the department that will support the achievement of key company business objectives.
• To liaise with Telesales joint visits for Area Managers and CMD Business Development Managers where technical support is required to ensure renewals terms are agreed
• To report precisely (numbers, value, …) on calls, quotes issued, quotes won, conversions, …
• Work flexibly within the team and assist colleagues wherever pressure is greatest so that overall team performance is enhanced.
• Provide appropriate and relevant information to assist achievement of business objectives.
• Maintain a high level of communication with customers, sales managers and prospects
• Ensure accuracy when verifying information for the database
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and propose business solutions for clients
• Identify opportunities for telesales campaigns to increase sales and service offering

Experience & Skills Required:

• Experience in internal and external customer excellence
• Certfication Sales experience and be target driven
• A proven track record of making high volume outbound calls
• Good written, verbal and communication skills
• Ability to understand and use established systems and procedures
• Ability to prioritise and schedule objectives to optimise time, cost and quality
