The Head of Telesales will lead, manage and motivate a successful, high-energy team to exceed budgeted goals and strategic objectives. The successful post holder will design and implement the telesales strategy for a leading training providingthe UK and line manages the performance and development of the internal telesales team.

A proven track record of sales success and telesales management experience of a performing team

Experienced in holding people to account
Proven experience of turnaround performance and implementing change
Strong coaching and people skills
Successful telesales experience enabling knowledge transfer of good practice

Excellent organizational skills to control their own workload and that of others
Logical and practical approach to problem solving to deal with problems as constructively and swiftly
Communicates well to inform, advise and persuade and have the confidence and ability to deal with a wide range of people and situations verbally and in writing, including highly confidential and sensitive material
Good written and verbal communication skills to produce, initiate and compose routine correspondence
Understands the values and benefits of teamwork and able to provide support
Works on own initiative to manage a varied, often unpredictable, workload
Organizes and prioritises own work and that of others in a pressurised environment with competing demands and tight deadlines
