You need to…

·         Be experienced in targeted sales or law (degree or practical)

·         Be willing to be managed according to a set of KPIs

·         Be experienced in technical sales or business development would be advantageous, especially within the IT sector

·         Have prior knowledge or willingness to learn about Legal processes

·         Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with a diverse client group

·         Be confident, self-driven individual with a clear focus on customer service and achievement of objectives

Duties of the Role Will Include…

·         Conducting business development campaigns targeting and researching prospective clients and markets

·         Assistance with marketing campaign follow-up activities

·         Conducting phone-based telesales campaigns

·         Creating of external appointments

·         Ensuring that potentials are contacted regularly

·         Managing the input of data to the CRM systems

·         Driving to & from appointments U.K. wide

Suitable applicants will join an exciting new entrant into the Legal Software Market. The primary function of this role is to generate leads, enquiries and sales revenue for the company. They are on the hunt for the next generation of sales person who has a true desire and focus on developing themselves to become a high achiever. This role has emphasis on the development of the individual to become the best they can be. You will be responsible for finding new opportunities and growing your own account base, which you will then maximise by selling our solution and services.
